Refund & Exchange Policy

At Bound & Found, all books are carefully curated and sold as second-hand items. Due to the unique and pre-owned nature of our collection, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or minor imperfections. Signs of wear, markings, or age-related characteristics are part of the charm of second-hand books.

In the unlikely event that a book is significantly misrepresented (e.g. missing pages not disclosed at point of sale), please contact us within 30 days of purchase with your receipt, and we will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis.
